Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 365ph.com ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 365ph.com website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Registration

Deposits & Withdrawals

365ph.com supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.

Limitation of Liability
